Orin Woodward and other prominent Amway distributors filed lawsuit and alleged that amway was a pyramid scheme. This was dismissed in 2007 federal judge in Los Angeles.
The IBOs wanted to be freed of non-compete clauses by Alticor Inc. and its Quixtar online unit.
Law suit was led by Orrin Woodward, who now is in MonaVie.
The company fired Woodward and 14 other IBOs in August after the company said they refused to comply with its rules of conduct.

But the suit alleged that Alticor overpriced its products.
So, when fiteen important IBOs, including Orrin Woodward, say that Amway oveprices its products, that must be somehow true

the product prices are high, but it's subjective. Is gasoline overpriced in Europe? No, but it's very high compared the USA.
Why is this being brought up now? did something new happen in the case?
