It will only be given to Synergy Team Member Executives for "high-level personal rank advancement and sustained activity".
To get one, between January 1, 2010 and September 30, 2010 you have to qualify:
- For Pearl Executive Qualification, you must hit Pearl Executive (for the first time) and maintain the level for any three months during the promotion period.
- To qualify at the Emerald level and above, you must hit a new, highest personal Team Member Executive pin title (Emerald-Triple Presidential) twice within the promotion period.
For Pearl Executive you may get Mercedes C300W4

Emerald Executive - E350W4
Diamond Executive - E550
Presidential Executive - CLS550
Double Presidential Executive - S550V4
Triple Presidential Executive - S63
BUT there is a catch (or - a few of them):
- You must maintain your MQL for the duration of the qualification period or you will forfeit the car bonus. - Car Qualification Level (CQL) is defined as your highest car qualification level. Minimum Qualification Level (MQL) is defined as the level below your CQL.
- If you do not maintain your MQL during the lease period (2 years) you will be responsible for the lease payment for the months in which you don’t meet the requirements.
- All monthly volume must be placed in the system by month end. Any returns or other adjustments will be factored into the calculation of this promotion and will impact your qualifications.
- To qualify for the car bonus, you must have a minimum of 120 Personal CV each month.
- You must lease the car in order to receive the bonus. The car bonus will cover the down payment and monthly amount.
