I joined ACN only to purchase its fancy equipment i.e video phone
I paid for this phone system with my credit card in august of 2009
Never recieved the phone but every month they deduct 30 Aus automatically from my account
I have written pleasant and harsh letters both asking for my ACN Phone and to stop deducting 30 from my credit card but nothinghappens
I have written to the HQ ,to the board of directors to sydney office for 1 year and till now no phone but expenses
I hope this platform can help me . 1]Terminate my ACN and
2] Get a refund for the Phone they never installed
If not I hope its worth its publicity as I have to file charges with Australian Cosumer Dept
