ACN investigated fox 11 news - scam?

Postby mckinsey on Mon May 18, 2009 4:00 am

ACN is the American Communications Network. It offers communications service that theoretically can make you rich. In order to join their sales team, it costs about $500.

ACN investigated fox 11 news - is it a scam?

As they say you are pushed to recruit, recruit.
The ACN is compared to pyramid scam in the video below.
There is also a reply from attorney Bob Stephans who says that ACN is legit MLM company.

Majority probaly do not make profit - said attorney.

Independent representatives are prohibited by rules of company from guaranteeing income, projecting earnings...
But the video from hidden camera shows somebody talking about $33,000 (monthly!) in six months.

See video:

ACN is not a scam. The system works, but people fail. People give up and don't keep moving forward. People who complain and think ACN is a scam, good luck with your job. Do hard work and be a slave for 40 years while you make your boss rich. CEO of your company golfs all summer while you do all the work. That is a pyramid scheme. I'd rather work hard for 4 years for myself and enjoy my 40 years. ACN doesn't guarantee anyone income, but is rather influenced by the efforts and hard work of reps. If you have work ethic, commitment, and have conviction, you'll make it to success. Work hard and you'll make money. Don't believe in it and think it's a scam, good luck out there especially if you get laid off from your job (Corporate America). 75% of marriages end in divorce due to financial hardship. Also you aren't required and nobody makes you recruit people. You can make money without recruiting people.

You really believe that? Wow. I'll be happy to see where you will be after 4 years.

ACN scam? I don't think so. Look, every time that a MLM company gains notoriety, the "scam-ghost" appears. MLM companies are made for people who like to work alone, without a boss and a 925 job. Another type of people don't dare to make his own way and prefer to make their boss rich. You choose. And there is another type of people who don't like their 925 day job and try MLM, but without putting effort on it, thinking they would be millionaire overnight. These third type of people are who are saying that MLM sucks and that every MLM company is a scam. BS.
